时代是所有人的时代，个人只是洪流里的微小构成，这一刻，欧亚大陆的一边在腥风血雨，我在另一边吃穿住行悉如往常；可时代留在每个人身上的印记又太深刻了，没有疫情的日子像是一场回不去的梦，战争的延宕与埋在邻里的结盟危机也告诫着自己对出国与否的未来规划要未雨绸缪，毕竟，时代是所有人的时代，是我无法因为悲剧会产生就可以任性逃走的时代。

了解一个年代的最好方法就是了解生活在这个年代里面的人，人物志式的叙述手法或许让剧情线显得略微破碎。但这与那个不安的年代和那些生而破碎的人大概也差不多。 不完整的家庭，混乱的朋克音乐，尼克松的信任危机，都是70年代最好的时代注记。但这些混乱，都没有让jamie的成长变得更慢，或者变得更快，他就像活在20世纪70年代的每一个人一样，尽情享受着这种chaos给他们带来的片刻欢乐。

通常女孩给男孩说我们适合做朋友不适合做情侣，男孩的念想是从朋友走到情侣，但往往超出男孩预期期限抑或是女孩持续地拒绝，往往会让男孩觉得受到伤害，从此对这个女孩失去语言能力，甚至刻意同其他女生亲近，为的还是希望挽回喜欢的人

但事实往往事与愿违，不是我不优秀也不乏喜欢我的人，在懵懂期遇上了两回，都是经过时间的沉淀与忘却才解开两人的尴尬，现在都是一般的朋友，但心里会有点小邪恶，看到你过得没我好那我也就放心了

剧中另外一个又远又近的距离就是母亲与儿子，高二到高三，我因为同初恋分开，离开学校一年，母亲从开始的愤怒教育到后面的害怕放任

开始的不理解离我太远，到最后只能称作是怕我出希望被迫地靠近，强势的人这样的转变实属不易，所以回想起来打心眼里心疼母亲

剧中描绘的是美国60年代的事，但真的同我们2000后的生活态度有点相似
